Express entry approved but still open

hi folks,
its been over a month our express entry got approved. last month we received our COPR and visa too.
however, our application status is still in approved status and the details section says:

"Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided are being reviewed"
Any idea why that may be?

there are no messages for any action item for our side.

If you have your CoPR I wouldn't worry about the status on MyCIC. Mine is the same.
Probably no one bothered to update it.
