Express entry application while living in Quebec

Hi,

I am currently working in Montreal, Quebec on a work permit. I intend to apply for Canadian PR under express entry. Will there be a problem if I apply under express entry from Quebec since Quebec is not part of express entry process? Will my job offer in Montreal be considered under Express Entry?

If there would be problems, what would be the best way to go forward?
