Express Entry application when dependent holds a work permit

Here is the case. I am currently in Canada with Closed WP, my spouse with open work permit and son with study permit. My express entry application is awaiting, hopefully with enough score (470) to get an ITA. However, in my EE profile, I have listed my dependents as non-accompanying since they were not in Canada when I created my profile. Now my question is, if I get the ITA and go ahead with the PR process, will my dependent's Open Work Visa and Study permit still valid? Or will they be ineligible to stay in Canada? Will this impact my PR application?

If I add my dependents in my EE, there is a slight decrease in points and I am not sure will that impact to get selected for ITA.

Please guide me.

If your CRS is 470, you can add your dependents. Your CRS will drop till 450 but even that is enough to get ITA.

And, all three of you will get PR.

Just out of curiosity.. in case if I proceed with the same EE profile with keeping my dependents as unaccompanied, will my dependent's visas get invalid if i get the ITA?

Their Visas will not be invalid. They will expire when to expire date.
