Please i reallly need help, my IRCC Permanent residency application literally got refused and cancelled yesterday with a letter sent be email. This is due to my error of not notarising the IMM5409 form. So to re-apply do i use my existing IRCC GCKey account and re-apply (where it says Apply for EE permanent residency) or I have to create a totally new EE profile from scratch. Because I only applied in Nov 25, 2024 and believe my EE profile is still active, the rejection/cancelation was recieved yesterday 08, Jan 2025. I am unsure what to do as i really want to re-apply asap. Does the Provincial Nomination I got from Ontario still stay active from the province who nominated me or i have to re-enter the EE pool all over again totally from scratch ? by re-entering all details sent for the initial Nomination.
