Hi all, firstly thanks to all contributors on this forum your knowledge has been invaluable thus far.
A number of errors have come to light on my EE PR application whilst i was preparing my BWOP application:
My next planned move is to apply for a BWOP and my assumption is that this work permit will enable me to leave the country and return whilst retaining my status as a worker? Am i also correct in understanding that i have implied status from my current EE application allowing me to work after my current CEC work visa runs out, but i will forfeit this if i leave the country?
A number of errors have come to light on my EE PR application whilst i was preparing my BWOP application:
- I listed the incorrect day (26/09 instead of 28/09) on my initial entry to canada with my current CEC visa (and also may have submitted the incorrect start date of my visa somewhere), this then translated into my employer stating the same incorrect date on the employment letters for when employment began. My passport scans will contradict this mistake. I am so angry at myself for this one.
- I went home to england for for the seasonal vacation and fell sick resulting in 4 weeks out of country, and 4 weeks work break and did not note this on my personal history. I recently read that they allow max 3 week work breaks.
- I did not provide a LOE as everything seemed relatively straight forward, was this a bad move?
