Express entry application- spouse inclusion

Hi all, had a few questions and any idea/information on the matter would help.
1) If an individual applies with an express entry profile with a score of 472, and he gets an ITA immediately. However he is getting married mid October, how does he change his profile to also include his wife ?
2) He is based in Dubai and wife is currently in USA, say they wait to get married and then submit their profile with a score of 455 and all goes well, how do they stamp the passport? Can she submit her passport in US and he in Dubai or would she have to come to Dubai to submit it ?

1) you have to inform them of the marriage and they will ask for updated proof of funds, medicals, pcc etc
2) you have to request them about sending passports to different visa offices by email or webform
