Express Entry application-ineligible (Online assessment show eligible)

Dear all,

I completed "come to Canada" eligibility successfully and then submitted my application online through MYCIC. However, my application status shows that my profile is ineligible for following reasons

• not having a valid language test [ completed IELTS ]
• language test results that are more than two years old [Results were declared on 01-Oct-2014]
• a language test score that is too low [ completed IELTS as L=6.0 R=6.0 W=6.5 S=7.5] overall 6.5
• not having enough relevant work experience [have provided experience details of 15 years in NOC category]
• not having the required education level [ECA details provided equivalent to Masters]
• not having enough funds [mentioned here 50,000 Canadian Dollars]


I am surprised that my application is classified as "Profile ineligible" while as all the required information was submitted correctly during the application submission.

Please help me to correct my mistakes if any and please let me know if there is a way to contact the concerned to get more information /clarification about the criteria mentioned above.

Honestly to avoid such situations, I have paid INR 80k for one of the agency!! even though I studied and worked in the UK for few years.

I'd suggest you go back & check your profile line by line. Looks like you have data entry errors, somewhere...

you have entered the wrong IELTS certificate number I also made the same mistake check again

I also had the same issue, Can I create a new EE again? Also on the IELTS, IELTS certificate number will be as 'Report Form Number' right?
