Express Entry and Self-employed - 2 programs

Hello, is it possible to apply for two programs? Self-employed and Express Entry?

What is your NOC? Yes, you can. Self-employed takes at least 2 years to process. EE can be faster if you have a high enough CRS score.

The self employment program is for people in the sports and arts fields so your NOC doesn’t really qualify. NOCs would be artists, illustrators, coaches, writers etc. Focus on EE.

Your NOC is fine for Express Entry but have you looked at the requirements for Self Employment:

• have relevant experience in cultural activities or athletics and
• be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada

If you meet the criteria, then go for it but NOC 0124 for the pathway is a stretch.
