Express Entry and Editing the ITA

When I was doing express entry profile one of the question that was asked of me was, "Does candidate have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada?" I put down yes and listed the person as uncle/aunt. I think I am not getting any points from the CRS by listing them! I already have a sufficiently high CRS score (480) and luckily I received the ITA the next day. Now I realized that when I am doing the Permanent Residence application, I am supposed to prove this relationship by adding some documents. This means annoying my relatives to provide me a document that shows that we have the same parent. I have two questions:
1. Can I say no to "Does candidate have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada?" in the Permanent Residence Application as I am not getting any CRS points and also a hassle to pester people.
2. Would this be inconsistent with my Express entry and create a hassle?
3. Can I also edit the amount that I plan to take to Canada which is 14000 to 13000 CAD which is more that the required amount?
