Express Entry 67 points query- stuck on 62, PNP pending

Hello all
Need some help as I am struggling to score 67 points and therefore create an eligible profile

My points are as follows
Age 0
Education Masters 23
Language (IELTS) 24
Work Experience 15
Total 62 which makes my profile ineligible (as I am not at 67)

I have no relatives or spouse to score an additional 5 points that way

I am expecting a job offer next month, which is from the Government of Nova Scotia. It is a full time job, however it is LMIA exempt
I have been told that once I create an Express Entry Profile I am eligible for a PNP nomination giving me a further 600 points

However given that the job offer is LMIA exempt, is there a way that I can score an additional 5 points for arranged employment to reach 67 and have an eligible express entry profile?

I have tried creating a profile but I get stuck on the job offer question

Do you have a job offer- YES
Do you have an LMIA - if I chose yes- it asks for LMIA details, which I won't have as the job is LMIA exempt
if I chose no- I don't score 5 points and my profile is ineligible

Its almost like a catch 22 for me
if I have a valid express entry profile I score an additional 600 points
to create an express entry profile I need 5 points for arrange employment
