This is a request to answer my questions related to express entry.
I have recently been invited to apply for PR under CEC express entry(Received ITA on 6th of October, 2017). I
have accumulated total of 457 points as a couple
I have shown my indian one years of experience and One year of canadian experience( Both Come under NOC B, but different numbers).
Ques 1. I had experiance in India as an apprentice and after one year I was promoted to executive (total 15 months of experience) . My apprenticeship was paid , 48 hours a week and was not part of my study. I joined xxx company after my master
Is this experience counts towards express entry as it was done as an apprenticeship)
Quest2. I have shown my wife's experience in personal history instead of work history as I do not want to claim points for her experience, which was in India.
Is there any problem?
Ques3) My wife had two refusal one for USA b1/b2 Visa and other one Spouse open work permit in Canada
So what details I have to provide in statutory questions and which question should I answer in statutory questions (only dates of rejection or details reason behind refusal)
Please note that eventually she has been granted visa for both countries
Ques4) when I created my express entry profile I had added four different experience.
1) As an QA/QC officer trainee, 10months of experience in India(NOC Code B
2) As an apprentice(NOC code B) in India total of 15 months
3) As a Security Shift Supervisor (NOV Code B in Canada. Total of 9 months
4) As a Production Supervisor in Canada (NOC code B) I year and still continue...
From my experiences can I use my one year apprentice experience and One year of canadian (Production Supervisor) experiences for further procedure
Can I remove my other experiences in Post ITA ?
I think we do not get points for experiences those less than a year.
Will this be treated as misrepresentation as I have shown all them during creation of EE profile.
Apart from that I was told by physician to to Ultrasonic of liver as (SGOT and SGAT are higher ) liver enzymes are higher than the normal values
SGOT should be less than 45 while mine is 58 and SGAT should be less than 41 mine is exact 41.
Waiting for ultrasonic result
Nite than I don't have heppitatious
A, B and C as they are negative.
Will this make a problem in medical?
Please do not mind but answer only if you guys are have sure about it
