I gave my lawyer to do all the Express entry profile thing. Problem is the score is so less, and you never know the draw may come or not come. I am trying to get hold of the lawyer but he responds rarely, and out of the blue he asks me some random question such as how many years of full time experience do i have. Which sometime scares me as i have given all the details to him, and i asked him if he submitted my profile he said yes, but again didn't provide me anything. I know making profile is easy but i had problem with my experience as i did business management studies and going through as a food supervisor, along with that the company i used to work for has shutdown and to top all of this i worked 2 places in beginning for first 2 months before they made me an actual kitchen manager at other place. The two places i worked has the same manager and same company, while i was working at these places i was doing combines 30-40 hours. I just had confusion for letter for which i got a lawyer.
Now the problem is, my score is coming at 437 last cut off was 438 i could be in next draw, if he has submitted my file which i am not sure as i have no information or what so ever. Which is why i am planning to submit a profile myself. But if he did submit the profile what happens then, when both lawyer submits express entry file and i submit express entry file.
Would appreciate some help Please!
