I have been moved to Toronto from India on deputation in last year March. I have worked in India with same company for more than three years.
I have applied for PR in express entry with Canadian experience. In my PR application I have claimed 50 points for arranged employment. For this arranged employment I have submitted Deputation letter provided by my employer. I have attached employment verification letter and my latest extended work permit letter also(valid till 2020).
I applied for GCMS notes. In that report, Initial review officer mentioned that- "NOT MET – No points awarded for arranged employment – Letter of employment does not clearly indicate continuous employment for next one year after Permanent resident visa is issued" and forwarded to next officer for next review. Still I have not received any query on this. Still my application is under review.
My colleagues also submitted same docs for arranged employment and claimed 50 points. But finally their PR got approved. No one received any query on this.
I checked with employer and they refused to provide letter. Basically my employer extends work permit based on project requirement. Recently my work permit has been extended till Mar 2020.
I am fully confused with current scenario. I need suggestion to handle this scenario.
I am planning to take reference letter from my project manager to explain about my current and future assignments on plain white paper with his official mail id.Then I will upload this letter through 'case specific enquiry form'.
Will it serve my purpose?
