I do not know whether I did the right thing and what to expect.story is ....
I signed a contract ,salary $ 600 a month with ex employer(live in caregiver program), because in that time I did not know anything about minimum wages...( I know sound stupid but is actualy my laps).
At the time when I quit, find that's out it is far below the minimum ,but I was scared to do anything BECAUSE I had a minor accident with car
(that was provided for me and kids),in time when I was going in move theater with one of the kids,and their parents threatened me via e-mail me with court for that car.( I should pay half deductibile for family insurance for that car,but they didn"t sent me bill)

They sent me pay stubs with deductions that were not in contract ....... using cell phone,internet...... tv....
Now when I shoul send T4 (that they didn;t provide me) ,I decided and send copy of contract and paystubs to Employment standard office. I do not know what to expect and whether it can initiate a lawsuit against me for car...... They are in AB I am in ON........
