Explanation when Submitting EE documents

Hi all,

When submitting the documents in my EE profile, is it OK to have a brief explanation of each document submitted as a first page of the pdf?

For example: when submitted a proof of employment, can I have the first page as an explanation of the documents that follow, and the following pages will be the actual proof documents?
