Explanation letter for changed company name

Hi,

I have to attach explanation letter, where I was working as
Computer trainer that centre name is changed from previous one
like previous it was xyz now it is abc.

Someone please help me to write down explanation letter
so i can forward to my centre director and she will
issue on new letter pad that i was working with xyz
now it is abc ......

Mention explicitly in your cover letter that you were employed with company XYZ which has been rechristened as ABC on date mm/dd/yyyy. So your appointment letter is of XYZ and reference letter is of company ABC


So you reference letter can say

Sadia was working with Comany ABC ( Prviously known as XYZ) from mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy. Her Designation was AAAAAAAAAA and total annual renumeration was XXXXXXX
