Expiry of FBI Clearance Report

Hi there,
Submitting our inland spousal application on March 7ish, my FBI clearnace report expires (after the 3 month validity) on March 20, 2013. Does it just need to be in post dated before the 20th? Or to the center by that date? Or even scarier do I need proof of reciept by center before 20th? Meaning should I just start getting another report as of now?

Any insight would be great! Thanks!!!

As long as it's received by them within 3 months you'll be fine. I would send it via courier, and obviously the sooner the better.

Last year it took a week for them to claim our application was received (sent via FedEx March 5, signed March 6, "received" March 12 - according to CPC-M).
