im a temporary worker who wishes to return to my job. i renewed my LMO with a positive result and apply for work permit before going out the country(canada) , i go home for a vacation and leave canada before my work permit approval expecting that they will grant it and send it to me. sad to say they denied my application for work permit. i applied a re-entry visa from my country of origin but they refused to grant me because they said that i don't have a valid work permit and don't have anymore status in canada, i need to apply a work permit outside canada but i don't know where and the requirements?
i dont have any idea on how to process and obtain those documents.....it's really a huge help if you can help me to figure this out....
is their a separate process for RETURNEE like myself from the FIRST TIMER who wants to work in canada?
