Hello everyone: I am Maria Rosas from Mexico and I´d like to ask for some advice:
I visited Canada in 2008 as a visitor/tourist and I stayed longer than the 6 months allowed since I was having so much fun.
Question goes right here: When leaving the country (visitors visa already expired) at the airport I had no problem at all, no one from immigration checked on me or stuff or got any stamp on my passport, nothing at all. Even when I was entering my home country, no one stamped the re-entry stamp.
Now I want to go back for a month or two (vacations) since I got a good job and also got a succesful business in my country, would you think there would be a problem if I ask for a visitors visa? or Am I just being paranoid?
Thanks a lot!
Maria!.
Extra info: When coming back to my country, I didn´t get any stamp on my passport at the entrancy (re-entry).
