I have a friend who's visa is expired, but he had 2yrs of legal status.
Can he still apply as a skilled worker in Canada? Could his status here affect
his application.
Other people have done it before and been successful but to apply as a skilled worker, there are new rules for that program that will be posted soon. Applications are already going under the new rules but nobody knows what they will be exactly so he might want to wait for that.
