Expired PR . Emergency to travel

Hi guys ,

I came here in 2012 as landed immigrants i never left country I didnt apply for citizenship though i was eligible . I was busy in other stuff due to some emergency i need to go to india for 10 days but my PR card is expired so whats the solutions now. My grandmother passed away in india but i cant stay there more thn 10 days because of work commitment . Please help me

If you have US visa, you can come back via the land border by car.

Will not they check my PR card when i enter to canada from

Sure they will but as a PR you are entitled to enter the country. A valid PR card is required to board a plane destined for Canada, however no such requirement to enter via land border.
