Hi,
I'm wondering about the IRCC new policy released on Jan 8, 2021.
It says that applicants can be "or be applying to restore their status."
I've restored my visitor record on Jan 11, 2021, and it's in reviewing progress. (I'm also waiting for Permanent Residency's final decision, which has been delayed.)
Does that mean I'm eligible to apply for an expired PGWP for the 18 months extension today? And how to apply for it, didn't see any follow-up link on the website.
Thank you very much for the great help.
