Expired passports

Hi,

I'm applying for my family to come through the new Humanitarian pathway for Colombians, Venezuelans and people from Haiti. I want to send their application in but their passports are expired. they just renewed them but will get them monday next week. time is crucial as this might close any minute. Im thinking attaching the expired passports with a LOE. Anyone have any takes?

You got nothing to lose at this point. Attaching the expired passports with a LOE will be a better approach. The only downside will be what passport# you will use on the forms (old one?). Maybe if you are assigned an UCI down the road you can communicate with IRCC to send new passports and somehow update forms?

Thanks for the imput! i believe at this point i rather do this then not not be abole to submit at all.
