Expired Passport Bio page send with Application

Hi,

I applied for a Visitor Visa to VAC in Los Angeles.

I got this message when I track my application: Incomplete Application Package – Awaiting Applicant to Send Additional Documents to the VAC

Could it be because office checking my passport only check my expired Biographic page? The renewal is on the back of the passport, las page.

Please help?

It's best not to guess or presume. Contact the VAC or email the LA visa office to know what additional documents are required.

BTW if you do not send the additional documents or if you send incorrect documents, your application will not be processed and it will be closed/refused
