Hi guys. I really need your help. I received a parcel from CIC last Feb 9, 2018. My application was retuned as incomplete. The reason is that my PNP expired a day before they received the application. I researched for the past days looking for a possible solution. Below is the timeline and other details. *note I am in the Philippines and this application was sent by mail.
April 2017 - received the approval (deadline is Oct 17, 2017)
april-august - Work has been a lot difficult duo to some reorganization by the management. my IELTS also expires.
September - the only available slot is Sept 30 and the release of results is Oct 13.
October 13 - I sent the application immediately after getting the IELTS result.
October 15 - it reached the sorting centre in Nova Scotia
October 17 - it stays in Nova Scotia sorting centre
October 18 - it arrived at the CIC office.
February 9, 2018 - received the parcel back.
I called the courier on Oct 16 asking why my shipment was not moving at all (online tracking) and they said that it was because of an instruction from the CIC to collect a number of mails first before sending to them. I know it was somehow my fault but isn't it also because of their policy that delayed the delivery? is there anything that I can do about this? or should I just request for an extension of my Provincial Nominee and resend the application?
