Hi,

Can I submit any IELTS (General) expired certificate which was not submitted for my PR?

The reason is I dont have a copy or original of the one I submitted with my PR.

but I have one, but this was not the certificate I submitted for my PR. The reason is that I have taken IELTS general test two times.
