Can you give an update? Did this work out for you. My IELTS expires in 2 days and I want to know if I should still leave it there. with my IELTS i'm on 529, if I update with my Celpip, it drops to 518

I'm not sure what update you are looking at, but you need a valid language score at the time of submission of your PR application against an invite (and meet the minimum CRS as a result). Your current score is 518 (the old one will expire so there's no point). You can either give another language test to increase your score, or keep it. That guy's situation was very different where they have an expired score, but you have a valid CELPIP.
I am in a similar boat! What did you end up doing? How long did it take for the system to catch on and realize your score expired? Or did you just ended up updating it to a new one?
Your IELTS results must be valid at the time your submit your full application post ITA or you can expect a refusal from IRCC. Have you already received ITA?
Yes that I know.. I haven't received ITA. My situation is I have a celpip score in EE profile that just expired a couple days ago. I took ielts and actually scored lower, so if I input my results now my score will drop by 3 points. My worry is - what if I am about to be invited in the next couple days? My profile didn't register yet that my celpip expired so I am thinking to just leave it be, and if I get invited based on that - and the higher score, I will just retake ielts again and use that to apply.
Kinda worried given how draws have been going, 3 points feels like a lot
