While creating an express entry profile, do we need to provide the details of older express entry which is expired? I haven't got any ITA for that profile and that was created with my spouse as primary applicant.

No, you don't need to provide any info. My profile turned ineligible due to an error and created a new one.
 
If we don't provide the info, will that be treated as misrepresentation?

No, they simply don't ask you for any info regarding your previous profile cancellation. My cancellation was due to the money I was declaring, they increased the amount since March and I didn't know.
