Expired english test reault

Good evening everyone,i appliied for hccp in 2022 and submitted my english test result but i was sent another mail today to submit the english test result of which the one i have has expired,i have 30days to submit .am i to submit the old one or rewrite another english test.pls anybody that has experienced such should help out pls

If expired, you need to submit a new, valid one.
