expired date for documents?

Hi,

I am going to get married in Canada in June this year, and we plan to send out the application at the same month too, I am currently in my home country, Can I apply all the documents that my bf and I need for my application? is there any time limit for documents, for example, Birth of Certificate, police clearance(is that 3 or 6 months?) etc. Also, how to get proof of income from the sponsor? Does my bf need to apply from this work or from the bank?

Sponsor needs Option C printout from CRA (this is explained in the guide), and a letter from employer.

You are not giving enough information. Which one of you will be the sponsor? If it's your boyfriend, is he currently living in Canada? If he lives in Canada and you are not going to Quebec, he has to get a "Option C" from Revenue Canada from last year's tax return.
