Expired CSQ (certificat de Selection de quebec) - effect on FSW cat 1?

I had applied for Quebec immigration in 2003 from France and got the CSQ which was valid till April 2007. At that time I was studying for my MS in France, I was not married then. Somehow, I did not pursue my immigration further and did not apply for Visa at the Canadian embassy after I received the CSQ. My family situation changed and my priorities were different so I dropped the idea of going to Canada.

Now I am planning on applying for FSW cat 1, I want to understand the effect of that expired CSQ on my current application? Do I need to inform it in my cover letter or something about it?

For me, i do't think you need to mention it since the selection certificate has expired.
