Expired and cancelled passports?

Hi All,
I have a current passport and an old passport whose validity was till Jan' 18 but it has been marked cancelled when i got new passport.
My IELTS exam and all travel are from the old passport.

Do I need to include both passport details in Travel Documents section ? Do i need to upload bio pages and visa and stamp pages from old passport?

Yes and Yes.

1) You need to cover travel history for last 10 years.
2) Yes, you need to upload all the pages (except blank pages) for both cancelled and new passport.

I have a similary query, my application is in 7th month at final stage, CIC has now started asking me additional documents. This time they have sent me a form to update names, passport number and expiry, Height and Eye colors including all family members and Biopages scan of passports of all family members. Do you have any idea if this time I need to send current passport biopage scan or all previous passports as well? While submitting application, all scans were provided for current and all previous passports excluding blank pages, since now they are asking on biopages, does that mean only current passport biopages?
Urgent help is appreciated.
