Looking at the program delivery notes in the above link, it looks like people with expired PRV/CoPR fall under group 3 (those in the US) and group 4 (ROW) can simply inform IRCC and then travel with expired document, if otherwise eligible. Does this mean going forward (at least during this Covid-19 era) we don't really need to worry about the expiration date of the documents?
