1. Do i need to declare my relatives in canada while filing EE profile. I mean i don't need their points to qualify for FSW under EE. Because if i declare them i will need to provide their documentation which i want to avoid. Please help.

2. CIC asks for the Settlement fund. Is this fund need to be shown only by the applicant?. Can spouse show part of fund if s/he is included in the application ?

I would imagine that non-declaration wouldn't be a problem unless these happened to be blood relatives (parent, sibling etc) as that could possibly be misrepresentation. You can choose to leave out other relatives from this if you don't wish to declare them for some reasons.

POF has to be from the PA only. Spouse funds can be included only if they are present in a joint bank account with the PA's name on it as well.
