first of all fill ur fsw application with help of forum members. forget about agents do it yourself.
fill app.>send to cio nova scotio>wait for AOR(acknowledgement of recieving).

Yes, shibuya gave the proper answer. Illustrating the whole procedure individually is little hard and time consuming job.
