Hey folks

i don't know what to start with but all i am concerned about is why Canada do not grant me a visa? whether its tourist or student.

So here is my story. The first time i applied for visa was 2008 on high school basis which was refused because of my age. Just after 3-4 months me and my family decided to go visit my uncle in calgary, when we applied the visa it got refused saying that we don't have strong ties to our country which was weird

So last year (2014) i completed my 12 standard with 75% and did my ielts got 7 bands applied for a Visa again and that got refused too with a reason saying the i won't return back from their country and my course doesn't match my previous studies.

But i did 12 in commerce and did chose business course which was related studies. When i got my passport back i reapplied addressed all the refusal reasons, this time they declined my visa again unticked the reasons which i addressed and ticked the different ones.Which simply means that they have bad record for me in their system but the question is why?

I have been to United States twice, i do hold 10 years multiple visa, i have been to Australia, New Zealand Singapore and UK. I mean if it doesn't matter for student visa still do matter for tourist doesn't it?

Now PLEASE experts can you please tell me what should i do to turn around things? I don't wanna stay there but i just wanna go visit. Can they grant me Visitor Visa? What should i do.

Help will be very much appreciated

It's hard to say without quite a bit more information.

Where are you from / what passport do you hold? Where are you currently living? If you are currently living in a country that is different than your country of citizenship, what is your status in that country (e.g. temporary resident)?

What ties did you show to your home country when you applied for the visitor/student visas?

How did your uncle obtain PR status in Canada? Did he immigrate as a skilled worker?

Hard to answer any of your questions without a great deal more information.
