What are my chances of getting visa ???? please suggest me ?
Hi,
Since you already have 2.5 years of work ex, why don't you make it 3+ years work ex? And if you've good grades in the last 2 years of your studies (preferably in your graduation too you should have minimum first class)..i.e atleast 70% or equivalent GPA in your MBA, then, in the mean time appear for GMAT..score high (atleast 550-600) and apply for top level or atleast standard MBAs in recognized public universities across Canada. In my opinion, that would be the best option for you.
To get idea about some of the MBAs offered in Canada, check:

As for the, 1 year PG course or any other course.. it's really difficult to say about "visa chances". There have been cases, where Master's degree holders from countries like India, UK etc. have been given visa to PG diploma/cert. courses. It all depends on the individual profile, your overall academic record, work experience, financial strength, appropriate course selection and of course overall luck. Maybe you can show the VO's (probably by writing a short 1 page SOP) that, this Canadian qualification is relevant to you, to your future career aspirations etc. It really depends on case to case basis..and speculating on the visa chances right now will be nothing but a wild guess... and rather you should focus this time more on preparing the application and choosing appropriate course. Since you are an MBA, with marketing work ex... you can also consider applying for specialized Marketing PG courses directly relevant to your work ex such as 1 year/3 SEM (with 1 term co-op) PG- Strategic Relationship Marketing Program at George brown college.

Best of Luck.
