EXPERTS: Is it always full 15 months for PR application to complete?

Hi mates, Is it always taking full 15 months to complete a PR application? The website myimmitracker.com shows that on average it takes about 9 months? Any idea on that anyone?

I posted the same question in another thread, but thought it would reach more people if I post it here as well. Will really appreciate a reply.

No - it doesn't always take 15 months. Sometimes it takes less and sometimes it takes more.

Thanks scylla for your quick reply. I have a job offer and a work permit application as well along with it. None got a response. Worried as employer might get anxious.

From IRCC website:
From April 2015 to March 2016, the service standard of 11 months was met 42 percent of the time. 80 percent of applications were processed in 17 months or less.

15 months is just an average time, actual processing time varies base on individual cases.
