Experts Help needed ??

Hi all experts,

Please help me, When submitting the documents for PR is there necessary to have all degree convocation certificates, because i have only mark sheets and provisional certificates. I did the following:

1) SSC from Andhra Pradesh (India)
2) HSC from Andhra Pradesh (India)
3) Bachelors Degree from Uttar Pradesh (India)
4) Masters Degree from Nagaland (India)
5) Masters of Philosophy from Meghalaya (India)

It is not possible to reach above Indian states in a short time for getting the convocation certificates for me

I don't have final Degree convocations, is it possible for me to submit my all academic documents except convocation certificate to VO ? please help me to solve this.

For transcript you don't have to wait for convocation....
If you have mark sheet then you can have Transcript ( a copy of a student's permanent academic record)...
