Experts Help Me in Selecting NOC

Sir,
I am working in a fast food resturent as a Cook(short order cook) and my responsibilities are :

1. Cooking special dish like Red Beans, Rice, beaf & cajun Rice.

2. Cooking Fried Chicken, verious sea food items, Boneless chicken ( Eg, Tenders, Nuggets, sandwitches, popcon Chicken etc), cajun fries, onion ring, Apple pie, strawberry pie etc. in fixed quantity on demand of customer using deep fat fryer and grill machine.

3. Preparing Chicken Sandwitches, Fish Sandwitch, shrimp sandwitch, Delta Mini, Loaded Chicken wrap, Mashed Potato, cole slaw.

4. Performing the seasoning of Bonafied Chicken and Boneless Chicken.

5. Keeping the Kitchen Clean and Tidy to create a Healthy Enviornment.

6.Washing Dishies and Cleaning floor after shift( at Closeing).

7. Filtering Fryer every day and washing it once in a weak.

8. Cutting Boneless Chicken and other vegetables stuff like latus and tomato for sandwitch.

9. Keeping the track record of all the items of Kitchen and give every day report to Manager.

10. Helping Manager In hireing new employee and providing them proper training so that they can work in Kitchen.

So my question is do I qualify for COOK (NOC-6322). I have a doubt between 6322 and 6711.
Can sone expets give me suggestion. Here my employer is asking me to make refrence letter and he will print it on latter head there for I am looking to get more and more information.

Do you have an open work permit?

Hı there 3 weeks ago ı got CELPIP test and yestarday ı got The resold. Speaking 3H,Listening 3H,Writing 2L,Reading 3L .ı İntend to apply CEC category . I am The chef and ı been CAnada 3,5 years.My questıons is,Am I qualified to apply under NOC B category? With this language resold.

You are eligible to apply.
If you are going to use the responsibilities mentioned in your post, please make sure that you got 'Sandwich' spelled right. Visa officer may get suspicious about the letter and we can't tell what VO's next steps would be. Hope I am not offending you by pointing this out.
