EXPERT ADVICE PLS - PR Visa stamp after PPR - Duration??

Guys, someone pls tell me how long it takes for you to get your passport back after the PR visa has been stamped in NDVO (India)..

from what i have read in this forum, must be 5-7 days.

also, it is common knowledge that it will take 2 weeks from you sending your passport to getting back your passport with mapleleaf stamp...

question... what is the exact content of the PPR email you received ?
