Hello,

PRESENT: I am currently pursuing MBA at Aarhus university in Denmark (September 2013- August 2014),

PAST:

I applied for student visa for MBA (University of Canada West) under general category in November 2011 and it was Rejected

I applied for student visa again for Global business Management (Conestoga college) under general category in March 2012 and got rejected

As per capes note the reason for rejection in both cases is same (You wont return back to India and few more reasons),

I also have work experience as financial analyst from March 2012 to August 2013 and 6 months of Denmark experience from December 2013 to June 2014 as a student worker

My aim is to immigrate to Canada in anyway possible

What are the options to immigrate to Canada any how..?? .

You should apply for a standard PR program such as FSW. With the qualification mentioned you should get through well.

When we say "immigrate" it usually refers to Permanent residence status, rather than temporary resident ones (such as work or study permits).

The other option you might have is to find an employer in Canada who offers you a job and is willing to go through the pains of getting an LMO (changed recently) and will ultimately help you get a temp work permit. However, the employer has to prove that they were not able to find eligible Canadians for that role and hired you for a specialized skill. Hence that is not an easy goal. Plus it is still temporary and you would have to apply for PR ultimately from inside Canada with in the validity of work permit.
