Experince certificate was not provided and now HR not replying

Hi everyone,

I am applying for student visa and for 3 organization for each I worked for 6-7 months, they didn't provide experience letter.

Can I show offer letter and first and last month salary slip and w2 to show employment proof or do we really need an experience letter?
