I was wondering if anybody had any experiences with the process of sponsoring a spouse whose out of status in the US and what were the challenges you went through. Here's some details:
-My wife came to the US as a F-1 student in 2000. However, her visa expired in 2009, but she stayed in the US.
-We met in November 2011 and we got engaged in May 2012 (i knew she was the One for me!). We actually got married July 2012.
We are currently going through the PR process and we were wondering if there were other couples that had/or having similar process/experiences with it.
