Experience with immigration consultants

Does anyone know if YES immigration in Toronto is a good place to get visitor visa form completed?

Also please share your experience with using additional help when completing application form for visa.

hi

i applied for visitor visa and it was refused due to:
1.purpose of visit .
2.immigration status in country of residence.

within the next two days of rejection i added some more documents to cover up reasons of refusal and i applied for the second time and its refused again with many more reasons:
1.immigration status in country of residence.(Translated copy of IQAMA ID AND ALSO COVERING LETTER FROM EMPLOYER SUBMITTED)
2.length of proposed stay in canada.(RETURN TICKET OF ONE MONTH DURATION SUBMITTED)
3. purpose of visit.(ATTACHED INVITATION LETTER FROM FAMILY FRIEND ,PR IN CANADA LIVING WITH FAMILY. SUBMITTED)
4.current employment situation.

I WANT TO APPLY ONCE AGAIN BUT NEED STRONG DOCS, SUGGESTION..

CAN ANYONE HELP SUGGEST ??
