Experience start date

Hello guys, I need an expert's advice on this matter. So basically I used to work part-time for a company while studying. After completion of my studies, I applied for a full-time position(which falls under NOC B) in the same company. I cleared the interview and was asked to join immediately. However, I had not applied for my PGWP since I was awaiting official transcript from my college. I received the job letter with new title on 16th October 2019. Post which I waited until I received the transcripts from my college that is 26th October, 2019. I applied for PGWP on the same day. My question is will 16-16 be considered as one year or shall I take the count from 26th? Also, is it mandatory to work 30 hours a week? throughout the year. There was a week where I could work only for 25 hours because of COVID.

I believe work experience is counted since you apply for wp that is 26th. and about hours, they count maximum 30 hours, so if you worked 25 hours, it is still counted, but you worked before you applied wp, so I dont think that it can be included in your work experience
