Hi,

My application has been approved by CIC & i need to submit the documents now. (Skilled Worker)
I have a total experiene of 7 years, changed 4 employers so far. I have already arranged for the experience letters from my current employer ( working for 3.5 years) and previous employer(worked for 1.8 years).

Question.
1. Would the 2 experience letters are sufficient?
2. Do i need to give the experience letters my first 2 employers also?
3. If i am not able to get the experience letters my first 2 employers, can i support this with a letter mentioning the reason?

Please suggest.

Thank You

Can anyone please respond. Please

In my opinion, you need to follow the Visa Office Instructions not based on people's experience. According to instruction, you need to provide written explanation if you don't have the requested experience. Just submit that and they may accept it.

you should atleast provide experience letter and latest refrenec letters for 4 years for which you are claining points

This is my openion please seniors advise on the same

You need to give experience letters as much as you can to get the maximum point. They don't care whatever you mention or write to them. They just assess you based on your valid certificates to give you the points. If you can notarize them, do it. If you can not, you should see what they decide for you.

I was easily get reduced 4 points and rejected!
Be carefull, and don't be optimistic about them. They are trying to find reasons for rejecting not to accept, probably because of their economic or political situation.

Hope it helps.

You will need to provide experience letters in the format specified by your visa office for all your past and present employers. If you cannot get hold of your older employers, maybe enclose certified copies of your contracts with them, payslips, provident fund statements, maybe performance certificates etc. and add a letter to explain why you cannot provide the actual exprience letter.

Please remember to provide them with some references since they need to phone your past and present employers during back ground checks to verify the info that you give them at the visa office.

hope this helps.

Requirement is to provide Exp letters of all employers. If you can not provide the same for whatever reason, just explain in your cover letter.

Also if you can prove four years of experience with reference letters you have along with one year of 38 occupations in MI you should not worry much.
