-Should i mention the NOC in the experience letter as per CIC ? but what if i dont want the employer to know the purpose of the reference letter ? can i not to write it ?
-Any example of reference letters please share ...

You can do one thing, Take A4 size paper you can print all your responsibilites and request your Manager or Senior people (Who are above to you) and ask them to sign and also take the business cards of those people. the same to be submitted to CIC .

You know that CIC may contact your employer for confirmation. It's rare but still possible

Usually, they demand experience letter to be on official letterhead of the company.

Also, that it has sign of the company owner or seal of the company for it to be noted as genuine.

No! Similar, but it should not be exactly the same, otherwise it will be rejected.
