I have received NOI from Ontario last month (September 2021) and am in the process of collecting all the required documents. I have worked in three separate companies in the previous three years, and my NOC code is 2174.
I have been working for my current employer for four years, and the experience letter from them is pretty detailed, and I believe the roles and responsibilities match those of NOC 2174. However, the other two experience letters (combined 4 years) are not detailed, and I am afraid the roles and responsibilities described would not fall under NOC 2174. Now my question is, if these experiences do not fall under NOC 2174 according to the experience letter, would it affect my application negatively? Note, if I do not count these experiences, my CRS score will not change. Kindly advise what I should do. I do not think I can get an updated experience letter from my previous employers on time.
