experience letter

Hi everybody,
i am a pharmacist , working at my brother's pharmacy for over 3 years , claimed points for experience in express entry .
does it make any problem or suspension that my brother is my employer if everything is right ?

If you have provided all the required documents and are meeting eligibility requirements...there shouldn't be a problem.
